Explore our core areas of expertise below to find out how we can help you.

01. Mental Health

I work with clients navigating diverse and often complex mental health conditions, from depression and anxiety, ADHD, autism to bipolar, schizophrenia, cPTSD or OCD.

Mental health dietetics is my bread and butter (no pun intended). It's my passion, and lies at the heart of my research. You can learn more about the mental health research project I'm part of here.

Everyday we're learning more about the role that food plays in managing mental health, but if we want real, lasting change, where do you start?

With a focus on small, achievable changes, together we can:

- Manage conditions with, or without medication through diet and lifestyle changes.
- Explore the mind-gut connection and how stress and anxiety might be linked to issues like IBS.
- Tackle low mood, low motivation and emotional eating.
- Unpack how medications may be affecting your heart, metabolism and overall health.
- Look at factors contributing to low appetite, irregular eating patterns, the overwhelm of meal planning and prepping every week, over and over with nutrition in mind.

02. Women's Health & Hormone Health

Do you find it hard to wind down? Are your eating habits rooted in perfectionism, and an all or nothing mentality?

For the women who juggle it all, but find prioritising their own health is often at the bottom of the list, our sessions are a dedicated space to focus on you.

I support women of all ages, whether you're a teenager, in your early 30's or over 75! While your specific journey is unique, all of my clients want the same thing: advice you can trust. Realistic, science backed support that builds on what you already know. I am the someone in your corner to guide you, cheer you on, and help you stay on track.

Let's get on top of that health issue you've been putting off, whether that's balancing your hormones, losing weight, or getting to the bottom of seemingly unconnected symptoms.

Whether you’re managing PCOS, menopause or perimenopausal symptoms, irregular periods or weight loss goals, I can help you
- Eat in a way that feels natural
- Choose meals that support your hormones, and
- Make small, easy changes that fit your life

03. Digestive Health

Struggling with bloating, reflux, constipation, IBS or a whole bundle of seemingly random gut issues?

I take a unique approach, one that sees you as a whole, not just the sum of your symptoms. Because there are a litany of factors that could be affecting your digestion: cue stress and sleep!

I’ll never hand you a FODMAP chart and say au revoir! But here's what you can expect

- A comprehensive assessment
- Education around the gut-brain connection (did someone say polyvagal theory made easy?),
- Space to go deep on your symptoms
- A plan to help you move forward with confidence.

Whether you're 28 or 80, dealing with constant stomach pain or chronic fatigue, I’d love to help you.

04. Chronic Disease

Many of my clients managing chronic conditions like pre-diabetes, diabetes, or heart disease tell me they feel disconnected from their bodies. Some even say they hate their body, and that breaks my heart.

I want my clients to rebuild trust in themselves, and return to the things they love. And the good news is, managing your health as you get older and enter new phases of life doesn’t have to be overwhelming, or mean a complete diet overhaul - it’s often the smallest tweaks that have the biggest impact.

Whether your working towards
- Weight loss
- Improving heart health
- Reducing cholesterol
- Disease prevention, or
- A return to exercise post surgery or treatment

We’ll look at simple, easy to implement tools and strategies to create a plan that fits your life, while still giving you food freedom. You don't have to work this out on your own.

05. Sports Nutrition

Macros this, micros that, more protein, less fat. It can all feel exhausting. And when something feels exhausting, it’s rarely sustainable.

Even pro athletes aren’t immune to the obsessive track and control diet culture. But I want you to know you don’t need to micromanage your diet to effectively build muscle, become stronger or improve your performance.

In fact, many athletes I work with - men and women - plain and simply, just aren’t fuelling their bodies enough. Peak form shouldn’t come at the expense of happiness, balanced hormones, or for women who menstruate - a regular cycle.

I help my clients create a realistic and sustainable plan to reach their performance goals. As someone with firsthand experience in endurance sports and team competition (running, triathlons, touch football, swimming, hockey), I understand the impact of proper fueling and recovery.

Let’s work together to optimize your nutrition so you can perform at your best.

06. Body Image & Disordered Eating

If you're feeling overwhelmed with food rules, stuck in the unhelpful binge-restrict pattern, or struggling with constant self-criticism, you're not alone. For a lot of people, their relationship with food and their body is often complex.

The good news is, you also don’t have to figure it out on your own.

Whether you want put a stop to calorie counting, emotional eating, or thinking about food what feels like all. the. time. We’ll work together to gently let go of the habits no longer serving you.

As an experienced body image dietitian, we'll look at the factors influencing your relationship with food, eating patterns, and body image. The result? A plan that includes practical, evidence-based strategies to help you rebuild trust in your body and feel more at ease around food.

We often work closely with our client's broader care team, so if you'd like your psychologist, GP or other health professional in the loop, we'll prioritise close collaboration so that you feel connected and supported across the board during your health journey.
